To finish the live backend

1. Add your Supabase project URL and publishable key to supabase-config.js. 2. Run supabase/schema.sql in the Supabase SQL editor. 3. Create one staff email/password user in Authentication. 4. Sign in here and seed the current catalogue once.

Current flow

Add or edit products in Products or Add product.
Featured products with images automatically feed the homepage carousel.
Customer carts become purchase work orders for the business to review.
Subscribers can be exported from Subscribers when needed.

Next production step

Keep product and pricing data in Supabase.
Use Resend for order notifications instead of a mailto fallback.
Move image uploads to object storage when you want larger live catalogues.
